Job summary

OnSide in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Flooring Delivery) to manage receiving, inventory, staging, and local cube-van deliveries. You will balance warehouse duties with driving to ensure projects stay on schedule and materials reach sites safely.

The role requires a valid Class 5 license, forklift experience, and strong organization with basic computer skills. Overtime may be required; benefits include extended health coverage and RRSP options.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience (ticket is an asset).
• Local delivery experience; cube van operation is a strong asset.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Stage materials for scheduled deliveries and prepare orders.
