Overview

As the Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate based in Stratford, you will build relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, sourcing additional products and receiving process orders via the counter. The client carries a variety of electrical supplies for contractors. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will offer product knowledge, confirm stock availability and maintain the showroom and counter shelves.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Support: pick, ship and receive orders while replenishing stock levels.
• Sales Support: directly service customers via counter sales, confirm stock availability, process orders / inquiries.
• Contribute to personal impact through high levels of customer service and act as a Brand Ambassador by building brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
• Ensure that the corporate image is reflected in all interactions and appearances at the showroom/counter.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior counter sales / warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to impart knowledge.

• Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (Saturday occasionally).
• Compensation: $20 / hr.
