Conditions

Schedule : Sunday (5PM to 9PM) & Monday to Thursday (5PM to 2:30AM)

Salary : From $51,000 to $67,000 per year.

Mission

Assign and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure optimal workload management for the evening shift while maintaining efficient operations management.

Description
  • Assign resources, coordinate order preparation and restocking, while ensuring an efficient workload distribution.
  • Supervise, support, and motivate the team by ensuring compliance with work methods, employee training, and schedule management.
  • Serve as the go-to person for technical questions, resolve common issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a healthy work environment, and act as the first point of intervention when needed.
