Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role.
• Clear driver’s abstract and ability to be added to company insurance policy is required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm with some shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites safely and promptly.
• Pick parts and assemble job orders in a shop environment.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all job orders.
• Operate company vehicles and trailers for transporting larger items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Support inventory organization and stock control.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Follow health and safety policies; assist with other warehouse tasks.

The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Grimsby, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing job orders, maintaining warehouse operations, delivering materials to job sites, and supporting inventory management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Grimsby, ON

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites in a safe and timely manner
• Pick parts and assemble job orders within a shop environment
• Ensure all job orders are accurate, complete, and prepared on schedule
• Operate company vehicles and trailers to transport larger parts and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory organization, stock control, and general warehouse housekeeping
• Load and unload materials as required
• Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
• Support other warehouse and operations activities as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar position
• Clear driver’s abstract and ability to be added to company insurance policy, required
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent team player, organizational skills and ability to multi task
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm
