Overview

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you have the knowledge to support the operations team with all warehouse management including supply chain and inventory

Salary range - $75,000 to $78,000

What you will be doing
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations including material receiving, tracking, issuing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and/or digital systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to appropriate teams on-site.
  • Support incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for quantity and quality.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient storage and access.
  • Collaborate with procurement, site supervisors, and field crews to forecast and fulfill material needs.
  • Track movement of pre-cast components and ensure readiness for dispatch or installation.
  • Monitor usage of consumables and coordinate reordering to avoid shortages.
  • Enforce compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
  • Assist in the development of warehouse SOPs and continuous improvement of logistics workflows.
  • Support coordination of returns, damaged goods, or warranty claims with suppliers as required.
What we are looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, construction, or supply chain is an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material coordination role, preferably in a construction or pre-cast manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems or construction software (e.g., Procore, SAP, Excel).
  • Valid forklift or equipment operator certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to heavy equipment, outdoor conditions, and construction noise.
  • May require early morning starts or extended hours during high-production periods.
