Job Position: Warehouse Coordinator
Job Location: Stone Mountain, GA
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Job Summary:
Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the timely execution of all duties associated with inventory control, ordering of raw material, account management, supply chain, customer service, purchasing and / or scheduling in support of the daily functions of the warehouse and production departments.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Performs required administrative and general office/clerical duties in support of the warehouse and production departments.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other associates, vendors and carriers with little supervision.
- Performs accurate entry of work orders / data into the Order Management System via various methods: EDI, Telephone, Fax, or Email.
- Executes and provides proper follow-up for expedited orders and order changes.
- Ability to complete short and long term projects and deal with multiple tasks and prioritized duties.
- Arranges shipments by confirming stock to determine inventory levels, anticipated delivery requirements, and placing / expediting order deliveries.
- Product knowledge aptitude for WinCup product line.
- Detailed oriented and have proven time management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with internal and external suppliers, customers and internal functional groups
- Perform duties associated with scheduling inbound and/or outbound activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills a must.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the supply chain process.
- Ability to solve complex issues in a proactive manner.
- Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
- Completes purchase of raw material and packaging products.
- Perform cycle counts and reports for finished goods and raw materials.
- Responsible for informing the leadership team immediately of any failure to meet established quality standards to ensure that corrective action is taken.
- Follows WinCup OPERA Values, safety initiatives, and other related plant standards.
- Completes other special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
- Ability to speak, read and write English in order to carry out instructions and communicate with others as needed.
- Strong problem solving, follow-up, and decision making skills a must. Requires strong computer skills (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, etc.). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to work and excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to follow directives with STM leadership, managers, supervisors, in ensuring productivity and target levels are sustained.
- Ensures all company policies and procedures including manufacturing and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaboration with plant and safety leadership.
- Ability to complete mandated new manufacturing and/or warehouse training to maximize output efficiencies.
- Supports all current and new product introductions.
Qualifications:Education High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience At least 1 to 2 years of production or warehouse coordinator, raw material expeditor, inventory control, or related experience. Preferred experience in a warehouse environment.
Skills Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
Ability to speak, read and write English in order to carry out instructions and communicate with others as needed.

Working Conditions:
- Maybe exposed to extreme heat when in a manufacturing environment that is not air conditioned.
- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
- Wear PPE while working, which includes hairnet, hearing protection and safety glasses with side guards.
- Work an 8+ or 12+ hour day shift.
- Able to work weekdays, weekends and overtime.
Physical Demands:- Work an 8+ or 12+ hour shift while sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, use hands to finger, grasp with hands and arms, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and lifting throughout the entire shift.
- Requires the manual movement of cases of finished goods that weight up to 25 pounds.
