We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our Ottawa branch. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, supporting field technicians, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
• Prepare and stage materials for field technicians and project teams
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with vendors and logistics partners
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Assist with cycle counts and audits
• Collaborate with the operations team to forecast material needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role (fire protection or construction industry is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification is an asset)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license
