Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and delivery docs.
• Safely load outbound shipments and coordinate material transfers between internal departments or external partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Organise and manage warehouse layout to optimise storage efficiency and material accessibility.
• Operate skid steer, telehandler and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Support asset tracking and materials management for critical data centre equipment and infrastructure components.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and storage of equipment, parts and consumables.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.
• Skid steer and telehandler certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Ability to frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime as required.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or data centre environments.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

Working Conditions

• Industrial warehouse and data centre environment.
• Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely load outbound shipments and coordinate material transfers between internal departments or external partners.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Organise and manage warehouse layout to optimise storage efficiency and material accessibility.
• Operate skid steer, telehandler and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Support asset tracking and materials management for critical data centre equipment and infrastructure components.
• Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and storage of equipment, parts and consumables.
• Accurately process goods receipts in the ERP system, ensuring timely and correct inventory transactions.
• Investigate and document discrepancies including shortages, damages or incorrect shipments; coordinate resolution with Procurement and vendors as required.
• Maintain receiving documentation, packing slips and proof‑of‑delivery records in accordance with company controls and audit requirements.
• Ensure proper labelling, asset tagging and serial number tracking for critical infrastructure components upon receipt.
