Job summary

Kristian Electric Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Controller at our Edmonton branch to oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You will lead a team, ensure accurate order picking, and coordinate with couriers to meet deadlines. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to Health and Safety policies, and a proactive approach to maintaining organized, safe warehouse and yard spaces.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory management experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
• Excellent time management and prioritization of tasks to be completed.
• Efficient in a fast-paced environment while being attentive to details.
• Effective communicator both verbally and written.
• Positive customer service attitude.
• Ability to interact with clients, business associates, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have steel-toed boots.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse personnel, operations, space planning, inventory shipping and receiving processes.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.

• Receive and verify shipments and place merchandise into stock.
• Put stock items away and re-arrange as required.
• Pick, pack orders for shipping accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain warehouse records.
• Load and unload trucks, check for damage or missing products.

The Opportunity

Kristian Electric is seeking a Warehouse Controller to join our Edmonton branch. The ideal candidate will have experience, be intrinsically motivated, adaptable, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Working Conditions
