Loblaw Freeport Distribution Centre in Calgary is hiring a Warehouse Assembler to work independently within a fast-paced, unionized environment while collaborating with a team. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and staying active throughout shifts.

You'll assemble cases on pallets, wrap orders, and use an electric pallet jack to move goods. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and tolerating cold environments, with training provided and benefits offered.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 LBS repeatedly and up to 65 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (5 to -28 Degrees in some locations).

About the Role: The Warehouse Assembler role is ideal for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a collaborative team in a fast-paced unionized environment. Loblaw is highly safety focused, and our goal is for colleagues to feel confident in their role and go home safe at the end of the day. What you will be trained to do:

• Assembling cases of product on pallets for inventory requests made by Loblaw stores including wrapping orders and preparing them for shipping.
• Utilizing an electric pallet jack to move through the warehouse.
