The Role :

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will ensure the logistics of the store are up to date. Your responsibilities include unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom.

Warehouse Colleagues are enthusiastic and ready to assist in all areas of the store, including supporting our sales floor team and cashiers.

Safety is our highest priority; you must always follow safe work practices in the warehouse.

You will provide fast and friendly service to our customers by informing them of new sales and promotions. Strong product knowledge and maintaining product presentation on the floor are essential. You will also replenish stock, assist with flyer products and pricing changes, and ensure quick and accurate checkout transactions.

  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
  • First-class customer service skills
