Job summary

IKEA Gruppe is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker in the Coquitlam area to support shipping, picking, receiving and storage activities. You will serve as the main contact for online order pickups and ensure friendly, timely service, resolving issues to maintain a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within a diverse workplace, with a strong focus on upholding IKEA culture and community impact.

Qualifications

• Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments.
• Passionate about providing great customer service.
• Comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for long periods.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• People-person, good at building rapport.
• Results-driven.
• Team player, but can work solo.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.

• Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage .
• Act as a point of contact for customer interactions related to online orders and handout pickups, ensuring accurate, timely, and friendly service
• Support order handouts by resolving issues, answering customer questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Secure merchandise for safe movement
• Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
• Maintain safety and security in work areas
• Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
• Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact.
