Job summary

IS2 is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a direct hire in Guelph, ON. Afternoon and weekend shifts offer 3:00 pm–11:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am–8:30 pm on weekends. The role includes RF scanner-driven order picking, auditing for accuracy, and helping with shipping and receiving tasks.

Expected duties include moving between warehouse areas, standing for long periods, and lifting light loads. This is a hands-on, team-oriented environment with potential for long-term growth.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE l Direct Hire Guelph, ON

Afternoons – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday

Weekends – 10:00 am to 8:30 pm Friday to Monday

$23/hour Direct Hire

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Order picking using an RF scanner and picking cart
• Auditing completed orders to make sure the correct product and quantities were picked
• Working in shipping to verify orders, prepare packages, place them on skids, and wrap completed skids
• Working in receiving to verify incoming orders and assist with basic skid breakdown
• Moving between different areas of the warehouse based on business needs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Afternoons – 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday
• Weekends – 10:00 am to 8:30 pm Friday to Monday
• $23/hour
• Direct hire position, Contract with potential for long term
• Lots of walking and standing throughout the day
• Lifting up to 25 lbs
• RF scanner and cart picking
• A variety of tasks throughout the week
• Picking is done from the first level, so there is no overhead picking

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are reliable, comfortable working in a busy warehouse, and don't mind staying active throughout their shift.

Previous warehouse experience is an asset, especially experience with order picking, packaging, RF scanners, shipping, receiving, inventory, or auditing.

You should be comfortable learning different areas of the operation and moving between tasks as business needs change.
