Shift : Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Responsibilities :

  • Assist supervisor and provide guidance and direction to associates
  • Escalate non-routine matters to supervisor
  • Run shift meetings when required
  • Repetitive lifting of items up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain Health and Safety compliance according to company policies
  • Lead by example in demonstrating safe work habits and proper techniques to improve performance
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professional communication with drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel
  • Maintain and update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) boards, where required
  • Perform other general administrative / warehouse duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience in a warehouse role in a 3PL company preferred
  • Trained and certified to operate materials handling equipment (MHE) when required, with a proven safe track record
  • GMP trained when required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs continuously
  • Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent knowledge of warehousing processes and systems
  • Strong computer skills
