Shift - Monday to Friday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

This role is responsible for guiding and directing warehouse activities, including picking, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the supervisor and providing guidance to associates
  2. Escalating non-routine matters to the supervisor
  3. Running shift meetings when required
  4. Repetitive lifting of items up to 50 lbs
  5. Maintaining health and safety compliance
  6. Leading by example in safe work habits
  7. Maintaining high standards of customer service
  8. Communicating professionally with drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel
  9. Maintaining KPI boards where required
  10. Performing administrative and warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and skills include:

  • Experience in a warehouse role, preferably in a 3PL company
  • Certification to operate materials handling equipment (MHE) with a safe track record
  • GMP training if required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Strong planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Knowledge of warehousing processes and systems
  • Strong computer skills
