Job summary

Grainger in Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Shipper) for the Afternoon Shift. You will safely complete warehouse tasks and prepare orders for shipping using scanning equipment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (or equivalent), 1+ year of fast-paced work, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers hourly pay starting at 21.86 CAD with a 1.50 CAD afternoon shift premium and eligibility for an annual incentive, with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Work collaboratively and assist other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, behaviour, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Compensation:

This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is$21.86/hour with eligibility for a afternoon shift premium of$1.50/hrwhere applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of$1,200.00which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Position Summary:

We’re hiring warehouse associates across multiple shifts with full-time positions available!

You’ll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.
