Position Description Summary :

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving within the warehouse.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Processing customer orders, including picking, packing, and inspecting shipments.
• Communicating daily with transportation companies and customers.
• Lifting heavy items repetitively.
• Removing and reloading server racks from crates.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance according to company policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and receipts.
• Performing daily warehouse housekeeping.
• Participating in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Liaising with other departments regarding delivery and receipt inquiries.
• Participating in process improvement initiatives as a team member.
• Performing additional administrative and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Traveling locally to client sites daily.

Knowledge and Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

At least two years of warehouse experience.

Certified forklift operator with a safe track record.

Ability to lift heavy items continuously.

Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Effective team player.

Good understanding of overall warehousing processes.
