Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join a fully onsite Milton, ON facility. The role features consistent full-time hours, day shift, and a contract-to-hire pathway in a clean, modern 17,000 sq ft warehouse.

You will perform picking, packing, receiving, and shipping while maintaining accurate inventory using SAP and standard warehouse practices. The ideal candidate has extensive warehouse experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and works well independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform manual picking, packing, order picking, and general labor tasks.
• Experience with labeling and handling materials in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer skills to support daily warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision while maintaining communication with teammates.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience using pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick materials for customer orders according to priorities and pick lists.
• Pack orders accurately and securely to meet requirements.
• Ensure outbound shipments are released per pick list and docs.
• Perform floor audits to identify inventory issues.
• Receive incoming products and verify paperwork matches quality standards.
• Confirm quantities against documentation and update inventory records.
• Label products, pallets, and shipments clearly.
• Handle materials safely using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Operate forklifts and dockstocker equipment if qualified, following safety rules.
• Use SAP to support inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Communicate with team to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
• Maintain urgency to meet deadlines and shipping schedules.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Follow all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
