Job summary

Randstad Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Milton, ON facility. The role offers a 4x10 compressed workweek with morning or afternoon shifts and a 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and attendance.

You will pick, pack and ship orders, receive and process stock, and maintain accurate inventory while adhering to safety protocols. A high school diploma is preferred, with warehouse experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and move during a 10-hour shift with lifts up to 50 lbs.
• Outstanding punctuality and attendance are essential for long-term placement.
• Team-focused attitude with a genuine interest in building a lasting career.
• Warehouse, inventory sorting, order fulfillment or logistics experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and scan orders accurately
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials
• Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintain inventory controls through proper documentation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support team with other warehouse tasks as needed
