Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Group is seeking a Team Member for our Brampton warehouse to handle order picking, replenishment, receiving, and shipping. You will support cycle counts and AGV tasks while maintaining accuracy and safety in daily operations.

The role requires standing, lifting (about 30 lbs), and basic English reading. Flexibility in a morning shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Mon-Fri) is expected in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or diploma preferred.
• Warehouse experience of 1 year recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, order picking, replenishment, AGV support work, cycle counts, put away and shipping to support on-time completion of daily tasks.
• Must be capable of standing, lifting and walking for extended periods; able to lift about 30 lbs repetitively and safely.
• Proven experience using a computer keyboard and RF scanner; data accuracy; ability to read English.
• Ability to communicate in English to ensure proper training and feedback; strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a clean, secure, well organized work area in AGV.
• Ability to work effectively independently while achieving set targets; also work as part of the team to ensure smooth workflow across the WH.
• Organized and shows strong attention to detail with the ability to use math to ensure accuracy.
