Leon’s Furniture Limited is seeking a self-motivated part-time Warehouse Associate in Kelowna to handle load/unload, inventory, and showroom assembly with a focus on safety and customer service.

Applicants should be able to lift heavy merchandise, communicate effectively, and demonstrate integrity and a drive to succeed, while benefiting from ongoing training and discount programs offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health & Safety and Workplace guidelines
• Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks
• Complete inspections with the Service department and customers
• Complete an Accessory Inventory semi-annually
• Pick and place inventory
• Move and assemble product on the showroom
• Complete fridge handle changes and in-warehouse assembly
• Unwrap and re-wrap products as required, for delivery or pickup
• Complete customer pickups and safely load customer vehicles
• Complete deliveries when required.
• Performing various other duties, as assigned

Compensation:

The starting rate for this position is $18.35
