Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is seeking part-time Warehouse Associates to join our Supply Chain Team. You will help operate the warehouse, handle goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with order processing. Work is in a fast-paced retail environment across North America.

Preference given to candidates with retail warehouse experience, ability to work on-call for 1–3 days, and Chinese language skills. The role is backfill and part-time, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general warehouse duties to support daily operations.
• Load and unload goods while ensuring items are undamaged.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system.
• Assist with processing and preparing customer orders.
• Apply labels to product packaging as required.
• Assist with basic inbound shipment tasks such as picking orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.

We are looking for Part-Time Warehouse Associates to join our Supply Chain Team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will assist the operation of the warehouse. Including but not limited to…

• Conduct general warehouse duties to assist daily warehouse operation
• Load and unload goods while ensuring items are handled safely and remain undamaged
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly
• Help with processing and preparing customer orders
• Apply labels to product packaging as required
• Assist with basic inbound shipment tasks, such as counting and picking orders
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
• Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Retail warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work on-call for 1 to 3 days with notice
• Chinese speaking is preferred
• B/AZ license is an asset
