Warehouse Associate

Location : Bracebridge, ON

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Nordic Bearings team to assist us in our general warehouse operations and activities as well as shipping and receiving orders. This position is responsible for sending, accepting, and recording the movement of parts and supplies, as well as storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Overseeing loading and unloading of goods from trucks, etc.
  • Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Unpacking and routing goods to appropriate storage areas
  • Maintaining internal record-keeping systems
  • Knowing safe storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials
  • Documenting inbound and outbound shipments
  • Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Performing other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse division

  • Ability to work unsupervised and independently within a structured environment

  • Warehouse experience is an asset
