Job summary

Trail Appliances BC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will receive, verify, unpack and sort incoming materials, process and pack orders for shipping, and maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure safety and cleanliness in a busy distribution environment, support other warehouse staff, and work Tuesday to Saturday with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Have a Stand-up/Sit-down counter balance experience and certification
• Carton Clamp operation desired
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have 2 years warehouse experience preferred
• Have Reach truck experience
• Have an ability to do some lifting and meet physical demands
• Forklift Certificate preferred
• Be able to work on weekends

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling the products in our warehouse. The typical day in this role would be receiving, verifying, unpacking and sorting incoming materials in an organized fashion, processing and packing incoming customer orders in preparation for shipping, you will also be maintaining accurate inventory records through the use of a warehouse management system, with a focus on warehouse safety. You get to work with other warehouse workers which will make the position fun.

Compensation

Wage: Starting at $23.00 (guaranteed annual wage progression)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
