7-Eleven Distribution Canada Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Winnipeg, Canada. You will coordinate and ensure the accuracy of outgoing shipments, load trucks, and maintain a safe and organized shipping area.

Responsibilities include using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to pick items, build orders, verify accuracy, and label for shipping. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work well in a team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking customer orders accurately.
• Ability to locate items using WMS and follow picking procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals
• Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs

Requirements:

• Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset
• Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects as required
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Wage Details:

Wage Details: $ 18.00/hour
