Job summary

7-Eleven in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Delta, BC distribution center. You will accurately select and prepare orders for shipment, maintain a clean, safe work area, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and experience with order picking and warehouse systems. Shifts include 8-hour blocks; pay starts at $19.00 per hour with benefits and on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Safety shoes (steel-toed) required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center is an asset.
• Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders.
• Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals.
• Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Delta, BC warehouse team. As a Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment. This is a vital role in our warehouse distribution process.
