Additionally, this position may perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect automotive glass for logo placement and determine the appropriate removal method (e.g., mechanical polishing, chemical etching, or light abrasives).
  2. Use specialized tools and materials such as glass polishers, buffing compounds, or micro-abrasion tools.
  3. Ensure removal is clean, without causing distortion, scratching, or weakening of the glass.
  4. Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines during the removal process.
  5. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and the condition of the glass before and after removal.
  6. Coordinate with warehouse or installation teams to ensure proper handling of glass throughout the process.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools.
  8. Report any issues such as cracks, pitting, or damage to the glass to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
Shipping and Receiving Responsibilities:
  1. If in the receiving area, verify the condition of inbound freight, document any damage, shortages, or over-shipments, and ensure proper procedures are followed.
  2. Ensure received products are placed in designated locations and inventory tags are completed where applicable.
  3. Pick, stage, and verify products and quantities for outbound orders, ensuring accuracy.
  4. Perform de-kitting, banding, wrapping, restacking, re packaging, and labeling of customer products.
  5. Scan labels to confirm receipt of inventory.
  6. Keep aisles clear and organized.
Responsibilities Common to Both Roles:
  • Follow safety standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
