Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, rental, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Familiarity with the safe operation of hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage rental orders for film productions, including motors, truss, rigging, scaffold, and related equipment.
• Receive, inspect, count, and process returned equipment from completed productions.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill orders for branch locations and customer projects.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and organization of warehouse materials.
• Perform general equipment cleaning, inspection, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate shipments and assist with freight logistics when required.
• Secure equipment properly for transport.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures for loading, unloading, storage, and handling of equipment.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

Assets That Will Help You Succeed

• Experience in the film, entertainment, construction, or equipment rental industries
• Experience operating forklifts or other lift equipment
• Knowledge of rigging, truss, scaffold, motors, or related production equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and experience performing equipment repairs or maintenance
• Experience securing loads and preparing equipment for transportation
• 3-ton truck driving experience
• Construction or industrial equipment experience

Base Pay Range

23.35 - 32.09
