Job Description

Position Purpose : As a member of our Warehouse team, you will take orders from request to reality, fostering a culture of safety and family. You will safely move and track all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse, performing tasks such as offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing to ensure exceptional service and quality for Core-Mark customers.

Shift starts at 7 a.m., Sunday to Thursday

Position Responsibilities :

• Select products according to customer orders and delivery sequence.
• Consolidate merchandise into containers and transfer to designated locations.
• Manage inventory by directing extraneous items to storage areas.
• Ensure sufficient stock to meet routine and special demands.
• Maintain an orderly workstation, returning supplies and merchandise appropriately.
• Contribute to safety and security of the warehouse environment.
• Verify and scan product locations.
• Monitor stock levels and transfer items as needed.
• Separate larger units into pick quantities and shelve properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 years of related experience
• Effective communication and basic math skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions reliably
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new programs
• Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment operation, such as forklifts

Physical Demands & Working Conditions :

• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to handle objects, tools, and controls
• Stand for extended periods and walk continuously
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl as needed
• Operate or obtain certification for powered equipment
• Work in environments with noise and temperature extremes, including coolers and freezers

Compensation :

$22.12 per hour to start
