Position Purpose:

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will take orders from request to reality, creating a culture of safety and family. You will safely move and track all inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse. Responsibilities include offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing products to ensure excellent service and quality for Core-Mark customers.

Shift:

Starts at 2 p.m. Sunday to Wednesday

Responsibilities:

• Select products according to customer orders and delivery sequence.
• Consolidate merchandise into containers and transfer to designated locations.
• Manage inventory, directing excess to storage or dry room as needed.
• Ensure sufficient stock to meet routine and special demands.
• Maintain an orderly workstation, returning supplies and merchandise to proper locations.
• Contribute to warehouse safety and security.
• Verify and scan product locations.
• Monitor stock levels and transfer items as necessary.
• Separate large units into pick quantities and shelve properly.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Effective communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions reliably.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to obtain certifications for powered equipment operation, such as forklift.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Regularly lift, carry, and position up to 10 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Handle objects, tools, and controls.
• Stand for long periods and walk continuously.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl as needed.
• Operate powered equipment if certified.
• Work in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature variations, including cooler and freezer conditions.
