Job summary

Wolseley Canada is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton to load, unload, receive and ship products, and support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. You will work with Plumbing/HVAC products and collaborate with freight carriers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Knowledge of plumbing/HVAC products is an asset.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are expected.
• Must be dependable and willing to take initiative.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor yard work as required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments.
• Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy.
• Put away products in correct warehouse locations in a timely manner.
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders and prepare shipment documentation.
• Liaise with freight companies and customers to determine shipping priorities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety procedures in the warehouse.

What you will do:
