Shift Details: Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00 PM until completion of task. Overtime may be required.

Pay rate: $22.10 per hour (includes shift differential)

Job Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operations team handles materials and product distribution, including warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, inventory management, and planning. Responsibilities include:

  • Following SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating, building, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing for shipment.
  • Picking large case items with equipment or small items for carts.
  • Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participating in projects.
  • Using Warehouse Management System (WMS) for check-in/out processes.
  • Driving material handling equipment as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Resolving routine problems and communicating concerns.
  • Adhering to OSHA standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications

We welcome candidates with little to no warehouse experience. Training is provided from day one. Requirements include:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stand, and work with heights.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
  • RF scanner or voice picking experience is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to safety regulations.
Additional Expectations
  • Complete standard tasks and learn new methods.
  • Maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Work under supervision, with routine review of output.
  • Refer complex issues to supervisors.
