Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pickering, ON to accurately receive, store, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. You will pull, pack, and stage items, maintain inventory, and assist with loading delivery trucks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and forklift experience is preferred. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Organizes shipment priorities and stages orders for loading and verification.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
