Position: Warehouse Associate - Victoria

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for completing the order process in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Selecting and packing orders for electrical parts and products, ensuring accuracy.
  2. Processing and preparing shipping paperwork such as bills of lading, invoices, and freight costs.
  3. Receiving and verifying incoming shipments and entering inventory into the AS400 system.
  4. Processing returns and updating inventory records.
  5. Maintaining warehouse stock levels and participating in cycle counts and annual inventory.
  6. Keeping the work environment clean and organized.
  7. Following health and safety procedures.
  8. Assisting customers at the counter and answering telephones as needed.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of warehouse experience.
  • Good mathematical and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in a computerized environment, specifically AS400 and Windows.
  • Electrical distribution/product knowledge is essential.
