This location specializes in high-quality filtration products and value-added services for customers across North America.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure accurate and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Load and unload trailers/ trucks using forklifts and other equipment
2. Pick, verify, and pack orders accurately using a forklift and pallet wrapper
3. Label and prepare products for shipment, including value-added services (e.g., kitting, relabeling)
4. Coordinate and process shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Dicom, etc.) as well as on-site pick-ups for local clients and ensure proper documentation
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse (including floor scrubbing and equipment upkeep)
6. Support inventory control and cycle counting procedures
7. Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, stretch wrapper, powered floor washer, industrial vacuum cleaner, hydraulic dock plates) safely and efficiently
8. Collaborate with other warehouse team members to support cross-functional tasks
9. Perform all aspects of warehouse duties, as required.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (required)
3. Valid forklift certification and experience with reach and counterbalance forklifts (preferred)
4. Familiarity with courier shipping platforms (UPS, Purolator, FedEx and other couriers)
5. Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
6. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual handling
7. Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
8. Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
9. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
