Job Details
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
  • 12 Month Contract role
  • Ensuring the daily shipping, receiving, and inventory control aspects of the warehouse are maintained including :
  • Receiving : logging and verifying all inbound shipments for material identity, quantity, and any shipping damage. Coordinates receiving inspections within established protocols, inputs all inbound receipts in the Innomar WMS software, and fills out corresponding documents. Completes stock putaways utilizing MHE;
  • Quarantining of product: relating to all inbound receipts and returns as outlined by Innomar’s SOPs;
  • Picking of product : the picking of all orders provided by the CSR or Management, ensuring all orders are picked and packed according to SOPs and client requirements to meet daily commitments;
  • Packing of product : all orders that have been picked require a blind check to ensure product and quantity are correct. All completed orders must be packed in accordance with SOPs and client SOPs;
  • Stock Replenishment : Responsible for replenishing stock picking locations using material handling equipment as required;
  • Returns Processing : Ensuring returns are processed as per established timelines;
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, including shipping documents such as waybills, dangerous goods IATA paperwork, and customs papers;
  • Managing inventory movement in a FIFO or FEFO manner to ensure proper identification and segregation of goods;
  • Maintaining data integrity of inventory management systems through accurate material transaction accounting and routine cycle counts;
  • Assisting Warehouse Supervisor, Inventory Coordinator, or Quality Assurance staff with handling of released product and maintaining facility temperature monitoring;
  • Production assembly and supplies management, including refrigerated box assembly, frozen handling, and supply kitting activities;
  • Implementation of Corrective and Preventative Actions;
  • GMP & Regulatory Compliance :
  • Adhering to sanitation and pest control programs as outlined by SOPs;
  • Handling sensitive products according to SOPs in an expedited manner;
  • Participating in regular GMP training;
  • Systems Training :
  • Training and understanding of Innomar’s WMS and TMS software, including RF scanning guns for picking, packing, and material transfers;
  • Participating in other related projects and performing additional functions as required. This position is subject to review and change at any time.
  • May be required to be on standby/on call.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalency;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a related industry
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, oral, and mathematics);
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs daily;
  • Ability to perform reaching, bending, and lifting regularly;
  • Ability to work in a cold environment daily;
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Work well under pressure and in time-sensitive situations;
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
  • Independent worker, requiring minimal supervision;
  • Licensed to operate material handling equipment (e.g., Raymond Reach) with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry;
  • Working knowledge of automated warehouse systems;
  • Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills;
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written);

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently;
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving issues efficiently;
