Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including unpacking, packing, and repetitively lifting heavy items up to 100 lbs. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods, supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.

Pay Range

$20.00 (Base Minimum) - $30.00 per hour

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Unpack and sort incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pack and prepare items for distribution or storage according to company standards.
• Repetitively lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 100 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies when needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, if required and trained.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

Job Requirements

• Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the job site in SE Calgary, AB.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly (up to 100 lbs.)
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and complete a provided training program
• Availability for full-time hours and immediate start
• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an asset but not required
