About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated bilingual (French and English) Warehouse Associate to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming goods and equipment from customers, verifying accompanying documentation.
Store goods and equipment in designated locations within established timeframes.
Manage the return of materials and equipment in accordance with internal procedures.
Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, following all special instructions.
Cut, coil, and prepare cables for shipment according to company guidelines.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper documentation.
Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks); perform safety checks and maintain required certifications.
Use ERP systems or warehouse management tools to record transactions and support operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse that complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Adhere to all company-established safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Communicate clearly and positively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
Maintain proficiency with computer systems and other required technologies.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient facility.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English are essential.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
ERP system knowledge is an asset.
Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Punctual, dependable, and well-organized.
