WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This role includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate has some knowledge of electrical components, a strong work ethic, and can operate forklifts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) safely and in line with regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Track inventory and report discrepancies
  • Assist with cycle counts and restocking as needed
  • Immediately report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor
  • Keep aisles and work areas clear of obstructions

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2+ years of warehouse experience, with electrical or construction focus preferred
  • Valid forklift license, or ability to obtain one
  • Class D license a significant asset
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., standing, walking, bending) for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable
