Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton, AB. You will load and unload shipments, prepare skids, sort freight, and verify goods received with attention to accuracy.

You will also process shipping paperwork and update inventory in the AS400 system, while keeping a clean work area and representing the Rexel brand through excellent service. The role emphasizes accurate handling, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Experience with forklift operations is an asset.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Material handling certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and prepare/stack skids. Verify goods received.
• Sort freight and process paperwork such as bills of lading and shipping invoices.
• Enter inventory data into AS400 and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Represent the Rexel brand and support positive customer experiences.

Job Description

As the Warehouse Associate based in Edmonton, AB, you will load and unload shipments. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will prepare and stack skids, sort freight and verify goods received along with other duties as assigned.

• You will receive and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system
• You will maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• You have Grade 12 education (or equivalent.)
• You have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have Forklift experience or certificate would be an asset.
• You have Material Handling certification (preferred).
• You have RF scanning experience (preferred).
