Metalworking Solutions (MSI) Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton, Alberta.

Job Details

1. Provide exceptional service to customers and suppliers, ensuring safety regulations are met. Complete tasks promptly with a focus on productivity.
2. Maintain excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding delivery issues.
4. Prepare and process all shipping paperwork accurately for each delivery.
5. Welcome delivery trucks, receive and track shipments, handle materials, tag and label products, address quality issues, and manage product returns.
6. Collaborate with the Technical Inside and Outside Sales teams. Ability to work effectively in a team environment is essential.
7. Accurately enter data using inventory and software programs provided.
8. Be detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and take ownership of tasks.
9. With training, support vending machine operations, work with customers and suppliers, and assist the sales team in resolving product issues.
10. Maintain and file related documentation as needed.
