Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Dartmouth, NS to support receipt, storage, and shipment processes for its Innomar Strategies operations in Canada. You will update systems, track inventory movement, and help ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining data integrity.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in warehouse support, knowledge of warehouse operations, and a CSCP certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or a related field.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of fleet operations and transportation support processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and route unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
