CDN is a recognized industry leader in the energy services sector. We are a full-service provider with expertise in E&I maintenance, renewables / solar, major projects, combustion & emissions reduction, and measurement.

We are looking to hire a Warehouse Associate based out of our Brooks branch.

Responsibilities:

• Match vendor packing slips with purchase orders and ensure all orders are received and communicated.
• Examine the shipment's contents and compare them with the packing slips and purchase orders to confirm the order. Verify that work tickets have accurate quantities and materials.
• Inspect incoming shipments and check for damaged or missing parts or materials. If goods are damaged, ensure non-conformance procedures are followed and communicated.
• Provide purchasers with complete information on any order discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Contact vendors on shipments that have discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Sort all shipments and put inventory items into proper bins in the parts inventory warehouse or prepare customer parts and materials for pickup.
• Maintain the organization of the shipping / receiving area and ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform general physical activities to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment.
• Work with the purchasers cooperatively to fulfill the needs of the parts / shipping-receiving departments.
• Work with the Lead Purchaser on physical receipt of all repairs and returns and communicate with applicable vendors.

Job Requirements:

• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Must have strong experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Available to work 2 Saturdays a month to receive freight in the morning.
