The company is hiring a Full-time Warehouse Associate to join their team in Ajax, ON L1S 6N1.

About the role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator will oversee efficient receiving and shipment of products, including picking, loading, unloading, and heavy lifting when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Regular salary: $20.00/hour + annual bonus
• Benefits include dental care, extended health care, paid time off, vision care, and free lunch

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all company products
• Operate warehouse equipment for loading, unloading, and sorting; lift goods up to 70 pounds manually when required
• Coordinate warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management to meet operational KPIs
• Collaborate with sales, order desk, and third-party transportation partners to optimize operations
• Perform periodic product cycle counts
• Follow company policies, maintain punctuality, and adhere to work discipline
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Handle forklift maintenance and repairs
• Follow safety protocols to ensure operational safety and stock integrity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping and receiving preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of safe lifting techniques
