Responsibilities

  • Verify vendor acknowledgments and follow up to ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Prepare and stage customer pick-up orders, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with vendor purchase orders, returns, and warranty processing.
  • Perform inventory updates, bin code entries, and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Support inventory control activities, including stock adjustments and part number updates in ERP systems.
  • Assist with receiving tasks, including putting away incoming inventory and distributing backorder documentation.
  • Gather inventory requested by sales staff and help replenish stock in the sales area.
  • Provide assistance to the shipping and picking teams during busy periods.
  • Maintain organized warehouse areas by replenishing bin locations and managing overstock.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock audits as required.
  • Provide occasional administrative support such as managing calls and assisting with internal documentation.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in the Coquitlam area. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse environments who enjoys a mix of inventory management, order preparation, warehouse and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Schedule:
