ROLE : Warehouse & Logistics Manager

REPORTS TO : Manufacturing Director

LOCATION : Port Coquitlam and Burnaby, BC

We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our Operations Team! Our Warehouse Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and organization of the distribution and storage of materials and products.

Opportunities

This is a very exciting time for the Operations Team as we continue to grow and expand! The main challenge is to organize the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods and to ensure that orders are delivered correctly. The role involves inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.

Experience

  • You have 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Logistics Supervisor or Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • You have a university or technical education background
  • You have a strong working knowledge of fleet distribution and warehousing

What you will do…

  • Manage a fleet of trucks and drivers, including maintenance, safety, etc.
  • Handle the reception, handling, distribution, and storage of all packaging, raw materials, and finished goods entering and leaving the warehouse and cooler.
  • Oversee and monitor stock availability in coordination with the production manager.
  • Develop and generate monthly reports; support inventory management through cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory maintenance.
  • Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage and optimize warehouse space.
  • Manage and allocate employee and financial resources.
