You will manage paperwork, coordinate trucks, and liaise with freight providers to meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• General administration duties
• Inputting outbound paperwork into system
• Reconciling received PO’s
• Scanning and hyperlinking paperwork for filing
• Booking trucks for receiving
• Working the receiving backlog report, freight claims etc.
• Preparing and loading material to meet delivery deadlines
• Preparing documentation for shipment of goods
• Liaising with freight companies and customers to determine shipping priorities
