Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and efficiently deliver items to guests in the dining room.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Promptly and warmly greet guests; take orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safety and sanitation standards. Follow up to assist with additional needs or requests.
• Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate requests and note preferences; demonstrate knowledge of dietary restrictions.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests are met.
• Address complaints or issues promptly; relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure the dining area is properly set up before and after service; keep the area clean and sanitized.
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.

Qualifications:
