Salary: $13.74 / h

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Waitress/Waiter is responsible for providing quality service to customers in a dining establishment. You will be the main interface between customers and the kitchen, ensuring they have a pleasant and satisfying experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking orders accurately and providing recommendations if necessary.
• Serving dishes and beverages efficiently and elegantly.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Maintaining cleanliness of tables, utensils, and the dining area.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure speed and accuracy of orders.
• Handling payments and transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with the menu, specials, and modifications.
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
