Job summary

Aramark is seeking a friendly Server to deliver memorable guest experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. The role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide excellent customer service, follow safety policies, and adapt to shift schedules including evenings and weekends to meet event demands.

Qualifications

• Previous server or food service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders and banquet menu.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Keeps food service areas clean and organized during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products as needed.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs where required.
• Delivers excellent customer service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Cleans and sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and sanitation procedures.
• Ensures security of company assets.

Job Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to guests orders and/or banquet menu
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
• Replenishes food and beverage product
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking guests’ identification
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes food service areas, workstations, and equipment
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
